Ticheka Outdoors is operated by CADUNLOCK LLC. This policy explains the categories of information that may be processed when you visit the site or contact us.

Information you provide

When you send a message, we may receive your name, email address and the content of the message. Do not submit sensitive personal information through a general contact form.

Email updates

If you choose to join the Ticheka Weekend Brief, we use your email address to send the updates you requested. Klaviyo is our email service provider and processes subscription and engagement information for this purpose. New subscribers must confirm their address by email before marketing messages begin. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Technical and analytics data

The site may process standard server logs and, after consent where required, analytics or advertising information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source. The RV cost calculator runs in your browser and does not submit its values to Ticheka.

Google advertising and third-party vendors

When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to Ticheka Outdoors or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Visitors can control or opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and may review industry opt-out choices at YourAdChoices.

Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services in Google’s business data responsibility information. Other advertising or affiliate providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. We require an appropriate consent mechanism before personalized advertising is enabled in regions where consent is required.

Meta Pixel and advertising measurement

Ticheka Outdoors uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The pixel helps us understand which pages visitors reach and whether advertising we run is working. It may set cookies and receive technical information such as the page viewed, referring page, browser and device type, and IP address. Information collected through the pixel may be used by Meta to deliver and measure advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram.

You can review and change how Meta uses your information for advertising in your Meta ad preferences, and you can limit or block these cookies through your browser settings or the opt-out choices described above. Where consent is required for this kind of measurement, we obtain it before the pixel is activated.

U.S. state privacy choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the use of personal information for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

For visitors in supported U.S. states, Ticheka Outdoors provides a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” privacy control through Google’s consent platform. The control communicates supported opt-out choices to Google. Supported browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, are also respected by Google for eligible ad requests.

To submit another privacy request or appeal a decision about a request, use the contact page, choose “Privacy request,” and describe the request and your state of residence. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and process the request, but please do not send identity documents unless we provide a safe verification method.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, may request details of the categories of information collected and disclosed, and may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of third-party advertising and measurement cookies described above may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You may opt out by using the advertising controls described above, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one. Exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.

Retention and rights

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations and security. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete certain personal information.
